The purpose of the Ryan White Part B Quality Management Program is to determine to what extent the needs of people living with HIV (PLWH) are being met and to help providers better meet those needs.
To reach our goal, we are setting standards for and measuring the performance of RWPBQMP participating agencies.
The Ryan White Part B Quality Management Program:
identifies areas for improvement
implements quality improvement projects using established tools and methodologies
aids providers with improving their performance
Optimal health outcomes for people living with HIV served through a continuum of Ryan White Part B-supported services in New York State.
Provides guidance for the development and implementation of the Ryan White Part B Quality Management Program, including quality improvement initiatives and projects based on available data and trends.
The Quality Management Committee reviews and advises on updates to the Quality Management Plan.
Addresses areas for improvement utilizing best practices and improvement methods.
Meets tri-annually and is chaired by Joy Williams and Dawn Trotter.
